Hey music fans! We've got a special blog feature in store for you for the next little while. In addition to our regular posting, we're going to be featuring the bands that get to participate in this years Best in Vancouver!

What is "Best in Vancouver?" This is a yearly "battle of the bands" styled showcase of some of the incredibly local bands here in Vancouver. Live Acts is holding the events at The Roxy Cabaret this year, and we hope you'll check them out!

We got the chance to ask some of the artists a few questions about their thoughts on the event this year.

Here's what Chronic Fatigue had to say!

Q: What sound can people expect to hear when they walk into your performance?

Death Grips meets the Tony Hawk Soundtrack.

Q: What makes you stand out from the other bands in Vancouver?

How well read and cultured we are.

“Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but Today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.”

-Master Oogway

Q: What's one thing you wish you could tell a new fan listening to your music for the first time?

Don’t drink and drive. Take your daily vitamins. Respect your elders.

Q: Where can people find you (social media, etc.)?

At the function (and instagram @chronic.fatigue.band and on bandcamp, and anywhere else you stream your music).

Q: Which prizes are you most excited for from the sponsors?

There’s prizes? All of em. Please and thank you.
